Easy Installation: Replacing the small moving cutter blade is a breeze with our Replacement T-Blade. It can also be used to upgrade steel blades to ceramic blades. Simply use a screwdriver to remove the screw from the trimmers, then replace the steel cutter with the ceramic cutter. Next, install the Plate and place the metal gasket on top, ensuring that the screw is not tightened too much to allow for some movement. This adjustment allows the moving blade to align closely with the guide blade. Lay the trimmer flat on a surface, adjusting the guide blade to a slight angle (about 10 degrees) and ensuring that the moving blade is slightly underneath the guide blade. Tighten the screws from this angle to prevent injury from the sharpness of the moving blade. Check the smoothness of the blade by running your finger across it. A rough feel indicates that the moving blade is too high, and further adjustments are needed. Finally, reattach the blade to the trimmer head and tighten the screws.
